The Library Study Committee was formed as a neutral party to gather and document facts, and to present these facts to the entire community. We will be facilitating a Public Information Session about the library. Stephen Napier, Cohoes Director of Community & Economic Development and Barbara Hildreth, President of the Library Trustee Board will serve as panelists to answer submitted questions.
